Our sack lunches come with your choice of sandwich, side salad, and cookie and chips.

Please choose one of the following:

Fruit salad (melon, grapes, kiwi, mango)

Curry-coconut quinoa salad with rainbow kale, heirloom cherry tomato and toasted pumpkin seed.

Red potato salad with bacon, fresh dill and a whole grain mustard vinaigrette.

Choose either savory house made pita chips or Kettle corn chips.

Choose oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, peanut butter or snickerdoodle cookie

Sandwich choices

All sandwich bread may be substituted with gluten free bread or wrap

“The Dangler”

Roast beef, gruyere on a Kaiser roll served with lettuce, tomato and onion on the side and also a side of horseradish mayo for dipping or dangling.

Turkey Growler

A post -Thanksgiving Barton tradition, this sandwich has all the fixins from the previous days feast, to include sliced roast turkey breast, sage stuffing, cranberry aioli with a side of spring mix, sliced tomato and turkey gravy for dippin.

Turkey Club

Oven roasted herb turkey breast on Country white bread with pepper bacon, Swiss, lettuce, tomato and herb mayo. Sub turkey bacon or avocado instead of pepper bacon.

Ham, Brie And Caramelized Apples On Baguette

This French inspired sandwich is served with a side of Dijon and a fresh herb mix with arugula, basil and baby romaine.

Roasted Vegetable Ratatouille

Eggplant, peppers, mushrooms, capers, kale, capers with an herbed-goat cheese spread and served on Ciabatta roll.

Albacore Tuna Salad

Made with fresh herbs, celery, mayo or Tuna Nicoise, made with capers, sun dried tomato, kalamata olives, lemon zest, red onion and olive oil. Both served on house made multi grain, sprouted wheat bread.

Pastrami

On dark rye with Swiss, served with a Russian dressing, lettuce, tomato and pickle on the side.

Harvest Fall Salad

Local spring mix is loaded with sliced, pecan encrusted chicken, chunks of pears and blue cheese and marinated red onion and tossed in a sherry-honey vinaigrette.

Flank Steak Salad

Herb marinated flank steak is thinly sliced and served atop a mountain of crisp romaine, blue cheese, roasted red peppers, fresh corn and shaved Reggiano-parmesan cheese and tossed in a chimichurri (parsley-pesto) vinaigrette. Serve with garlicky crostini croutons.

Jengy’s Ginger Chicken Salad

Asian spiced chicken breast is tossed with Bok Choy, Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots and zucchini, sliced almonds and green onion, yakisoba noodles, Satsuma orange segments and tossed in a ginger, sesame citrus vinaigrette.

Athena’s Love Salad

A heart-smart salad filled with local mixed greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, local Chevre (soft goat cheese), marinated hearts of palm, cucumbers and red peppers and sprinkled with toasted Hemp Hearts and falafel croutons. With or without herbed chicken.

We will gladly deliver your sack lunch anywhere in the Bend area free of charge. We require a 24 hour notice for delivery and for those outside the Bend vicinity (Redmond, Sisters) we charge $10 to $15 extra depending on distance.

Please include an extra $1.50 per beverage:

Bottled water, Pepsi products, asst. flavored iced tea or lemonade.
